PURPOSE:To enable stop of hot water supply with a single operation of a setting unit and enable remote-controlled operation, timer control and control of combinations of mixed hot water temperature and flow rate with a signal push of a button by performing instructions for mixed hot water temperature, mixed flow rate, and accumulated mixed flow rate with a setting unit. CONSTITUTION:Since a switch 32 of a setting unit 31 is corresponding to a flow rate 'LOW' and a mixed hot water temperature 'OPTIMUM' a control unit 38 controls a motor 22 on the hot water side and a motor 23 on the cold water side so as to control a hot water adjustment valve 20 and a cold water adjustment valve 21 to open in the same direction. Once flow signal obtained from a detector 28 reaches a preset value, the hot water adjustment valve 20 and the cold water adjustment valve 21 are operated in the opposite direction and mixed hot water temperature is adjusted to a desired value without changing mixed flow rate.
