PURPOSE:To omit a centering process and to prevent the surface of a lens from deformation by forming a difference in level between the effective diameter of the lens and its peripheral part and forming a projection part having plural slittings in its radial direction in a mirror frame so that the projection part is abutted on the inside of the level difference. CONSTITUTION:The level difference is formed between the peripheral part and the effective diameter of the plastic lens 13 and an abutting part 13a constituted of the level difference is abutted on a projection-like engaging part 14a to regulate the position of its optical axis 0-0' direction. The projection-like engaging part 14a of the mirror frame 14 has plural slittings 14b on equal interval positions of its circumference and abutted on the abutting part 13a through an engaging allowance gap (t) between the effective diameter of the concave surface of the lens 13 and the engaging part 13b which is the level difference formed on an intermediate circumference inner than the outer periphery. The other side of the lens is fixed on a fixing part 14c of the mirror frame 14 by a press ring 11 on the basis of bayonet engagement and the lens 13 is fixed through an elastic member 12 such as silicone rubber.
