PURPOSE:To ensure the mounting of electronic parts on a printed board, by increasing the area by providing coarse surface on the mounting surface of the electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:Specified elements are sealed on a printed board. Lead terminals 11 are connected to the elements electrically. The lead terminals are guided out of a resin sealed body 12. A mounting surface of a the resin sealing body 12 on the printed board is made to be the coarse surface. As a means for forming the coarse surface, the specified region of a metal mold, by which the sealing body 12 is molded, is made coarse surface by electric discharging machining and the like beforehand. Then, the effective area of the mounting part is increased, and an electronic part 10 mounted on the printed board can be readily fixed on the printed board with rigid adhesion. |
