PURPOSE:To improve the durability with respect to resin and the shelf stability by using a toner contg. a specified amount of a binder contg. cross-linkable polyester resin and specified epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:This two-component developer is composed of a toner contg. a binder contg. cross-linkable polyester resin and epoxy resin having <1,500 epoxy equiv. and a carrier having <=3.0g/cc stillness density. The amount of the epoxy resin is <60wt% of the amount of the binder. A dihydric alcohol used as synthesize the cross-linkable polyester resin may be ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol. A bivalent polybasic acid used to synthesize the cross- linkable polyester resin may be maleic acid, fumaric acid or other org. acid. The developer has especially superior developing power, fixability and high durability with respect to the resins and forms a semipermanently preservabble visible image. |
