PURPOSE:To bond in a short period by fitting an end of a voice coil bobbin having a bonding agent added into a previously formed recess of a diaphragm which is formed by molding a thermoplastic resin film and irradiating ultraviolet light to set the agent. CONSTITUTION:An end of a bobbin 11 is dipped in a bonding agent layer in a bottom of a container and a substantially fixed quantity of bonding agent is added. The bobbin 11 is taken out from an applying box 16, and the end of the bobbin 11 to which the bonding agent is added into a previously formed recess of the diaphragm 21 which is made by a thermal vacuum molding method and is positioned on a metal mold 22. The bobbin 11 and the diaphram 21 are mounted on a belt conveyor 24 passing through an ultraviolet light irradiating device 23, the ultraviolet light is irradiated to harden the bonding agent and fix the bobbin and the diaphram 21. Thereby, the bonding time is extremely short and a production cost can be remarkably reduced.
