PURPOSE:To lighten the weight and to obtain the efficient adhesion to a copper plating layer without the possibility of corrosion caused by copper plating treatment, by forming the layer of anti-corrosive paint at liast on the inner peripheral surface of cylinder formed out of Al-Mg-Si series aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is formed out of the aluminum alloy (A 6063) of Al-0.55% Mg-0.45% Si. The layer of anti-corrosive paint is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 1, the inside surface of the end plate 2 fixed to the inside surfaces of both ends by welding, and the inner peripheral surface of a rotary axis connecting tapered hole 3 bored at the center of end plate 2. Thereby, it becomes light to about one third the weight by comparing it with an iron-made one, the inertia being small, and the switching control of printing speed is easy. Further, the property of etching in the case of copper plating is good and the adhesion to the layer of copper plating is efficient. Though the treated solution infiltrates in treatment of copper plating, the layer of copper plating is not damaged by the layer 4 of anti-corrosive paint. |
