PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of a tracking direction by connecting a pair of two pieces of plate springs which is arranged in a tracking direction, in the vicinity of the center of the plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A lens holder 2 for holding a lens 1, and the second movable part 3 which is supported by a shaft 5 are connected by plate springs 14a, 14b. The movement to a tracking direction (Tr) becomes a rotational movement centering around the shaft 5 from a base, by a driving force generated from a magnetic circuit consisting of magnetic yokes 7a, 7c and magnets 8a, 8c, and a coil 10. The plate springs 14a, 14b are formed in a shape that they are connected in the vicinity of the center of the plate spring length, and its connecting part becomes a shape which is strong against a deflection of the tracking direction, therefore, the rigidity of the tracking direction becomes very large, and becomes strong against an impact force of an access direction.
