PURPOSE:To eliminate a stratified difference in materials as well as to dispense with incidental equipment including a stacker or the line, by installing plural material distributing discharge ports over almost the whole range of a blending tank. CONSTITUTION:A blending tank setting up longitudinal walls 41 and 42 in parallel is situated in a lower part of a stowage device, and at an end part of a belt conveyor 11, there is provided with a chute 14 extending toward sides. Each of movable scrapers 27 and 28 is attached to belt conveyors 15 and 16 which receives materials out of the chute 14 and feeds a quantitative cutout device with stowage materials. The materials cut out from the quantitative cutout device to distributing belt conveyors 31-35 are cut out on these belt conveyors 31-35 at the same layer thickness widthwise, and conveyed up to each of material distributing discharge ports 1-5, then discharged onto the blending tank simultaneously and continuously from each discharge port, thus materials are stratifiedly layered and stowed all over the while surface of a yard.
