<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the formation of a large-sized liquid crystal cell lwhich can make the display distinct to the ends thereof and has excellent responsiveness by incorporating the pulverous particles of at least either of a tin compd. or tin oxide into a title soln. CONSTITUTION:Either or both of the pulverous particles of the tin compd. and tin oxide compd. having a hydrolyzable functional group (oxidation decomposable functional group) are dispersed into the above-mentioned soln. A good result is obtd. by setting the ratio of the pulverous particles of the tin oxide to about the ratio at which said particles are incorporated into the soln. at 0.0005-3.0wt% in terms of SnO2. The more preferable amt. of use is 0.05-2.5wt%. The tin compd. expressed by the formula 1 is preferable. In the formula, RA-RD are the hydrolyzable group or easily oxidizable group select from an arom. ring, phenoxy ring or the deriv. thereof, alkyl group, alkoxy group, acetoxy group and halogen element and may be the same or be different from each other.</p> |
