发明名称 CERAMIC SPACER FOR RELIEVING THERMAL STRAIN OF ALUMINUM SUBSTRATE FOR MAGNETIC DISK
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an alminum substrate having excellent flatness by forming the title spacer for relieving thermal strain of the aluminum substrate with ceramic satisfying specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:The spacer is formed with ceramic having 2-15mm thickness, >=65kg/mm<2> bending strength and <=0.8S surface roughness, whose porosity is regulated to <=5 vol.% and wherein the maximum diameter of the pores formed on the surface is controlled to <=20mum. Consequently, the spacer is not deformed or rusted even after repeated use and the spacer having enough strength, without generating any scratches on an aluminum substrate and capable of being excellently used can be obtained.
