PURPOSE:To improve safety when an electric strain actuator is broken, by installing a stopper between a casing and a piston which forms a variable capacity chamber communicating to a pump chamber. CONSTITUTION:An electric strain actuator 21 and a piston 22 are accommodated into a casing 20, and a variable capacity chamber 26 whose capacity is varied by the movement of the piston 22 is allowed to communicate to a pump chamber 2. A stopper 50 having the less diameter than the outside diameter of the piston 22 is formed onto the inner peripheral surface of the casing 20. Therefore, even if the electric strain actuator 21 is broken, the piston contacts with the stopper after shifting by a prescribed distance, and safety is secured.
