PURPOSE:To suppress the movement of an ocular due to eye pressure small by making a focus adjustment through the combination of a cam mechanism and a screw mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a blade piece 10B is pressed, a focus adjusting cylinder 10 rotates and a pin 9C engaging an oblong hole 10A rotates on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis according to said rotation. In this case, the pin 9C engages a slanting cam hole 9B formed in a body 9 which is inhibited from rotating, so the pin 9C moves in the direction of the optical axis along the slanting cam hole 9B, os it moves up in the oblong hole 10A as well. Then, a rod body 8 to which the pin 9C is fitted rotates perpendicular to the optical axis while moving up in the direction of the optical axis similarly. Consequently, the ocular coupling with the cylinder body 7 moves forth in the optical-axis direction by the sum of the length of said upward movement in the optical-axis direction and the length of the upward movement in the optical-axis direction owing to the rotation of the cylinder body 7 by the rotation of the rod body 8.
