PURPOSE:To optimize feedback control of engine rotation by providing control means for varying the driving quantity of actuator with correspondence to the engine temperature on the basis of detection signal from an engine temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of detection signals from an engine rotation sensor 104 and an idle sensor 103, idle rotation control means 105 will feedback control the engine rotation by driving an actuator 102 under idle rotation. Control means 107 will vary the driving quantity of actuator 102 with correspondence to the engine temperature on the basis of the detection signal from temperature sensor 106, resulting in optimal NFB control.
