PURPOSE:To eliminate oscillation, noise, and the like, by organizing the rotary unit of an ultrasonic wave motor in a multilayer structure. CONSTITUTION:An elastic oscillator 1 is formed in a ring plate shape, and on the lower surface, eight sector-face-shaped piezoelectric transducers 8 are fitted, and an oscillation-absorbing plate 9 is butt-jointed on the lower surface. The three kinds are mounted and supported on a fitting base 10 for setting the salient section of the same shape as that of the kinds, on the peripheral edge, and are mounted on a case bottom plate 12 via a counter spring 11. A rotary unit is provided with a main disc-shaped rotary unit 2b having a shaft 2a at the center, and with a frictional plate 2d fitted to the unit 2b via a spacer 2c, and is rotatable via ball bearings 13, 14, which organize an ultrasonic wave motor. As the result, the rotary unit is formed in a multilayer structure including the spacer 2c, and so noise, oscillation, and the like are not generated in the operation. |
