PURPOSE:To obtain the efficient adhesion to the copper plating metal formed on a surface and the high rigidity by lightening the weight, by forming a cylinder by the Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy extruded molding united with the reinforcing wall of a rib state or a crossing state on its inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is formed out of the Al-0.55% Mg-0.45% Si aluminum alloy (A 6063) extruded shapes united with eight reinforcing walls 5 of rib state extended longitudinally on the inner peripheral surface thereof. Otherwise, it is formed out of the Al-0.65% Mg-0.54% Si aluminum alloy (Al NO1) extruded molding united with the reinforcing wall 15 extended logitudinally and crossed crosswise or otherwise in a Y-shaped manner on the inner peripheral surface thereof. Thereby, it becomes light to approximate one third the weight by comparing it with an iron-made one, the inertia being small and the switching control of printing speed is easy. Further, the adhesion to the copper plating layer is good without the fear of corrosion and the rigidity is increased because of the reinforcing walls 5, 15. |
