PURPOSE:To improve self-sucking capabilities by installing self-sucking and collision plates for separating the upward flow of air-mixed water rising from the outlet of a casing and preventing collision of discharged and return water flow. CONSTITUTION:A collision plate 20a is installed along a side face of the outlet 9 of a casing 6 while a self-sucking plate 20 consisting of a main plate 20b extending upward and downward in the air-water separation chamber 12 and a separation plate 20c located in the middle of up and down end faces of the air-water separation chamber 12 is also installed. The upward flow of air-mixed water going up from the outlet 9 is divided into two-directional flow of upward and downward one by means of the separation plate 20c, while discharged and return flow runs smoothly without colliding with each other on account of the main plate 20b. Accordingly, self-sucking capabilities of the pump can be improved greatly.
