PURPOSE:To simplify an operation by collating a coming password information and the present time with password information and a time zone of validity stored in a password information memory respectively and making the service possible only when both information coincide with each other and the present time is in the time zone of validity. CONSTITUTION:A line switch 10 is turned on to monitor the comings of a password number and a change indication signal; and when the password number comes, the service incoming mode is discriminated to read out the own password number stored in a password number memory. If the coming password number and the stored password number coincide with each other as the result of collation between them, the present time is inputted from a timer 14, and it is discriminated whether the present time is in the time zone of validity which is stored correspondingly to the password number or not. It the present time is in this time zone, a control circuit 11 discriminates the call from a specific destination and displays incoming. Thus, the operation related to regiatering of password information is simplified.
