PURPOSE:To calculate the number of copies and perform setting operation easily and speedily by providing a copy quantity setting means which sets the arithmetic result of an arithmetic means in a quantity display means as the quantity of copies. CONSTITUTION:A print key 51 for starting copying operation and the quantity display part 52 which makes a 7-segment type three-digit numeral display and displays the quantity of copies are arranged on a console panel 50. Further, the console panel is provided with a calculation mode key 72 for setting a calculation mode in which an input numeral inputted with ten-keys 61-70 is processed, arithmetic keys 73-77 for four arithmetical operations, and a quantity setting key 78 with which the numeral of the result of the four arithmetical operations of the numeral inputted with the ten-keys 61-70 is set and displayed on the quantity display part 52 as the quantity of copies. The input numeral and numeral of the arithmetic result are displayed on a 7-segment, 4-digit display part 79. Consequently, the calculation of the necessary number of copies, the input setting of the quantity value, and copying processing are advanced smoothly in series to improve the copy efficiency. |
