PURPOSE:To transmit torque positively by bringing the magnetization of a magnet arranged to a joint to a large value on an opposite surface and to a small value where far from the opposite surface. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic joint has an outer-ring side magnet piece 6 and an inner-ring side magnet piece 8. Magnets MB having large magnetization are positioned on the opposite sides of the outer-ring side magnet piece 6 and the inner-ring side magnet piece 8 and magnets MA having small magnetization where far from the opposite surfaces respectively, and these magnets are bonded.
