发明名称 REMOVING METHOD FOR DEFECTIVE SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently eject defective sheets by detecting defective positions of a continuous sheet before a cutter cuts it, performing its position management, and controlling th operation of a deflector in a corrugating machine. CONSTITUTION:Defects of half-corrugated fiberboard sheets 1, 2, a surface liner 5, and a continuous sheet 8 are detected by an aluminum foil existence detecting proximity switch 12, ear rub defect detectors 13, 14, image sensors 15-18, 22, 23, and proximity switches 19-21, 24 before they are cut by a rotary cutter 11, and defects are fed to a defect removing device 25. Defect occurrence positions are managed until defective sheets are ejected by a deflector 26 based on signals of a shift speed detector 28, and the deflector 26 is switched to the ejection side when defect occurrence positions pass the rotary cutter. Accordingly, defective sheets can be ejected very correctly and efficiently without lowering the shift speed of the continuous sheet.
