PURPOSE:To grasp the position where a moving person exists and information of his state by a central device by relaying radio waves with a vehicle provided with a position detecting function. CONSTITUTION:If the person who carries a portable transmitter with him depresses a push button of no abnormality when moving apart from the vehicle, the signal is transmitted from a code receiver 3 to a radio equipment 1, and position information is transmitted from a locator 2 by the signal from the code receiver then. These information signals are received by a radio equipment 4 of a central device (a) and are processed in a central processing unit 5, and indication of said person who carries the portable transmitter (a), no abnormally, and his position are displayed on a corresponding display map on a CRT. If his state is abnormal, he depresses a push-button of abnormality occurrence. Thus, a monitor can grasp the position where said person exists and his state. |
