<p>PURPOSE:To obtain only a desired voice and image by detecting a specified signal in a magnetic tape, and reproducing and outputting it. CONSTITUTION:A program seraching switch circuit 1 is provided with a signal detecting circuit 3, a silent and non-picture detecting circuit 4, and a normally opening switch 5. When a specified signal part (a) in a magnetic tape 6 is sensed by the signal detecting circuit 3, the normally opening switch 5 is closed and held, and a signal of a voice and video program (b) which is reproduced by a sound recording/picture recording reproducing machine 2 is outputted to the outside. When the program (b) part is ended and a non-sound recording/non- picture recording part (c) appears, and the time (t) which is set in advance is continued, the silend and non-picture detecting circuit 4 operates and opens the normally opening switch 5, and it is reset to a start time point.</p> |
