PURPOSE:To decrease an uneven rate of an injection amount, by a method wherein fuel having a specified pressure higher than a valve opening pressure is fed, and the valve opening pressure is regulated by a regulating means so that a fuel injection amount enters a given range. CONSTITUTION:Since a pressure of fuel oil pressurized with the aid of a pump 2 is set to a value higher than a valve opening pressure, a fuel injection valve 1 is opened, and fuel is injected in a surge tank 4. A flow rate of fuel oil injected is measured by a rotor meter 5 and is returned to a fuel tank 6. An amount of injection through the injection valve 1 is fluctuated by unevenness in an injection nozzle formed with a needle valve 1-2 and a nozzle 1-1 and unevenness in a spring constant of a spring 1-3 and a fuel passage 1-5. The fluctuation can be regulated by changing a lift of the needle valve 1-2 through change of a set force of the spring 1-3 through rotation of a regulating screw 1-4. A fuel injection amount is uniformized by regulating a fuel injection amount to a value within a given range through rotation of the regulating screw 1-4 and reference to measurements of the rotor meter 5, resulting in the possibility to reduce vibration of a car body. |
