PURPOSE:To stably supply the electric power having high quality by making the cycle of an electric generator constant by adding the output of a turbine for generating gas onto the rotor shaft of an exhaust gas turbine driven by the exhaust gas of a main engine. CONSTITUTION:The discharge gas discharged from the exhaust gas passage 1a of a main engine 1 is introduced into the gas inlet side of an exhaust gas turbine 2. An electric generator 3 generates electricity by revolving the driving shaft 3a of the electric generator by driving the rotor shaft 2a of the turbine 2. When the exhaust gas energy of the main engine 1 becomes small (light load), a controller 10 transmits the instruction to increase the opening degree of a fuel-quantity adjusting valve 7. Therefore, the cycle of the electric generating can be made constant and the electric power having high quality can be supplied stably.
