PURPOSE:To join both an inner layer composed of thermosetting resin and outer layer composed of thermoplastic resin with each other, by a method wherein after an alley recessed part has been provided at the top of the inner layer composed of the thermosetting resin and a protruded part at the top of the outer layer composed of thermoplastic resin has been fitted in said recessed part through a medium material, the recessed part is filled with the medium material by melting the same. CONSTITUTION:A example is taken from a bowl obtained by unifying an inner layer composed of thermosetting resin 1 with an outer layer composed of thermoplastic resin 2 through a heat insulation material 3 an alley recessed part 4 is provided at the top of the inner layer, a protruded part 5 is formed at the top of the outer layer and said protruded part 5 is fitted in said recessed part 4 through a medium material 6. Then the inner layer and outer layer are joined firmly with each other by filling a void part of the recessed part 4 with a molten medium material 6 by heating the recessed part 4 and protruded part 5 fitted each other. The titled method is suitable for manufacturing of vessels such as a cup and dish.
