PURPOSE:To attain automatic calling by providing a switch thrown to both communication via an extension and calling directly to an external line mode so as to have only to store only a telephone number being a destination into a memory. CONSTITUTION:A main control section 8 discriminates whether a changeover switch 2 is thrown to the extension side or not and when the switch is thrown to the extension side, '0' is sent and a destination telephone number read from a memory 9 is sent as a selection signal according to a key depressed among one-touch keys 6 at a pause. On the other hand, when the changeover switch 2 is thrown to the position of an external line, the selection signal is sent immediately. Thus, the call via an extension requiring '0' dialing and a call directly through an external line not requiring '0' dial are selected freely by providing the changeover switch 2 for extension/external direct line.
