PURPOSE:To prevent a job from causing the state lacking in working area and terminating while keeping the disordered state after the job input by checking whether the working area can be acquired or not in accordance with a management table before the job input. CONSTITUTION:A CPU checks an inhibition flag in the management table before the new input of job. That is, the management table is initialized by the processing start to turn off the job input inhibition flag. The job is inputted thereafter, and the capacity to be acquired and the unused capacity of the working area are compared with each other because the flag is turned off, and the working area is acquired if they are equal to each other or the unused capacity is larger. The present used capacity of the working area and a present use rate of the working area are updated, and the prescribed use reference value of the management table and the present use rate are compared with each other. If the present use rate is larger, the job input inhibition flag is turned on and the message of the job inhibited state is displayed on a display device.
