PURPOSE:To positively feed back a working liquid by providing in the device an evaporator provided with a heat source repeating heating and stopping in accordance with the amount of a liquid, a liquid receiving tank one end of which is opened to the atmosphere, and a plurality of radiators connected in parallel between the evaporator and the liquid receiving tank. CONSTITUTION:When an evaporator 5 is heated by a heating source 7, a working liquid 6 starts boiling to generate a steam. The steam is carried to radiators 13 and 13' via carrier tubes 12 and 12', and condensed and liquefied by the radiators 13 and 13' and stored within a liquid receiving tank 16 via a liquid pipe 14. Thus, when the working fluid 6 within the evaporator 5 continues to vaporize and the fluid surface becomes below a water level meter 8, the heat source 7 is stopped and the inside of the evaporator 5 is cooled and becomes less than the atmospheric pressure. The working fluid 6 within the liquid receiving tank 16 is discharged to the evaporator 5 via the liquid pipe 14, radiators 13 and 13' and carrier pipes 12 and 12'. When the liquid surface returns above the water level meter 9, the heat source 7 starts its operation and repeats its cycle of operations.
