摘要 PURPOSE:To form a crystalline oxide film exhibiting excellent properties and having a large film thickness by generating a spark discharge on an anode side in an electrolytic bath contg. at least carbonate and halide thereby anodizing Ti or the alloy thereof. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the Ti or alloy thereof is treated by the anodic oxidation treatment in the electrolytic bath contg. at least the carbonate and halide. The spark discharge is generated on the anode side thereof in the anodic oxidation treatment stage. >=1 kinds among Na2CO3, K2CO3 and NaHCO3 are preferably used at about 0.1-3.0mol/l as the above-mentioned carbonate. 1 kinds among HF, NaF, KI, NaCl and NH4Cl are adequately used at about 0.01-1mol/l as the above-mentioned halide. Water is mainly used as a solvent together with the carbonate. The anodic oxide film having the excellent chemical, physical and mechanical characteristics and the high crystallinity is thickly formed on the surface of the Ti or the alloy thereof by the above-mentioned method.
