PURPOSE:To attain fully duplicated data communication between digital communication equipments through the use of a 2-wire analog communication line by receiving a reply data based on a transmission data from the 1st line for exclusive use of transmission from the 2nd line of reception exclusive use and sending the reply data from the 2nd line from the 1st line. CONSTITUTION:When a dial data is sent from a digital communication equipment 1A to a control section 3A, an NCU 6B at the caller side detects incoming via a line exchange network 7 from a dial signal sent from an NCU 5A and informs it to a control section 3B. The control section 3B informs the presence of a call from the equipment 1A to a digital communication equipment 1B. The control section 3B turns on a CML relay in the NCU 6B based on the reply command from the equipment 1B and is connected to a line 8B via a MODEM 4B. Similarly, the control section 3A connects a 2-wire analog communication line 9A to the control section 3A via a MODEM 4A in response to the call signal from the control section 3B. Thus, the full duplex communication is attained.
