AUTOMATIC COPYING DEVICE FOR FLOPPY DISK

PURPOSE:To attain an automatic copying operation by loading previously a desired number of floppy disks for copy into a pallelt and putting these floppy disks as necessary onto a conveyor of a copying device. CONSTITUTION:A pallelt 1 contains a new floppy disk FPD storing part 4, a storing part 5 for copied disks FPD and an envelope storing part 6. The conveyors 7 and 8 carry the pallelt 1 and a positioning device sets the position of the pallelt on the conveyors 7 and 8 to an FPD supply station 11. In addition, a spare FPD container 17 is provided adjacently to the station 11 together with a tray 18 serving as a defective FPD ejecting container, the 1st handling device 14 which takes out an envelope 3 of an FPD2 extracted from the part 4 of the pallet 1 and the 2nd handling device 15 which loads and unloads the FPD2 into and out of a slot 13 of a duplicator 12 and ejects it to the part 5.
