<p>PURPOSE:To segment the character with natural action and to improve the work efficiency by recognizing the completion of the character and the new character input start during the input only by making a pen close to the adjoining character frame to the character frame during the input. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means (c) detects whether or not an input pen (b) contacts with a tablet (a) for the input. A detecting means (d) detects at which input division the pen (b) is located at the time of detecting during the contacting of the means (c). A detecting means (e) detects at which inputtable area the pen (b) is located when it is detected that the means (c) is not contacted. A detecting means (f) detects that the pen (b) is shifted from the inside of the character frame to the inputtable area on other character frame during the input based upon the output of the means (d) and (e). An information recognizing means (g) starts to recognize the information of one unit in accordance with the output of the means (f). According to the constitution, the completion of the character and the next character input start during the input can be recognized.</p> |
