PURPOSE:To easily see a graph by calculating a position of the coordinate axes in accordance with a range of a prescribed variable and providing a graph display function displayed on a graph display section to display coordinate axes. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a range of a prescribed variable, a position of coordinate axes is calculated and the coordinate axes are displayed on a graph display section. An arithmetic part 5 performs the operation of a function expression from a numerical expression buffer 7 under a control of a control part 2 by using respective registers 3A-3P of a memory part 3. Then, during performing the function operation, the arithmetic part 5 reads the data for displaying the graph, the coordinate axes and the divisions from the memory part 3 to feed to a graph display buffer 6A in a display buffer part 6. Then an ordinary numeric value is displayed, the data therefor is fed to a text display buffer 6B. These display data is fed to a display part 7 and the display of the graph or the numeric value or the like is executed.
