<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the misloading of a cassette and at the same time to simplify the structure of a cassette loading device, by providing movably a release member to a tray to release the lock state of a cassette lid. CONSTITUTION:A release member 11 is provided movably to a tray 6 to release the lock state of a lid 7 of a cassette 9. An actuating member 17 is set between the 1st position where the cassette 9 set on the tray 6 is loaded and unloaded and the 2nd position where the recording/reproducing operations are carried out. Here it is avoided that the tray 6 actuates a lock release projection part 13 of the cassette 9 put on the tray 6. Then the member 11 is moved to the tray 6 by means of the member 17 when the tray 6 is moved up to the 2nd position. Thus the part 13 of the cassette 9 put on the tray 6 is actuated. At he same time, the lid 7 is opened by the member 17.</p> |
