<p>PURPOSE:To permit the easy transportation operation of furnace slag and to simplify particularly a stage for treating the furnace slag by using a treatment device for the furnace slag of a moving type to recover the concentrate contg. iron at a high rate from various kinds of the furnace slag generated in the process of iron and steel making by disintegrating, screening, etc. CONSTITUTION:The crude furnace slag 11 is crushed by a primary crusher 13 on a moving carriage 15 to form the primarily crushed ore 21 and is subjected to magnetic sepn. to increase the content of the iron-component in the 1st stage 10. The ore is supplied onto a rod mill 32 on a moving carriage 3 and is disintegrated in the 2nd stage 30. The secondarily crushed ore 34 obtd. in such a manner is magnetically separated to increase the content of the iron-component. The ore is further supplied to the former of a vibrating screen 51 and rod mill 53 on a moving carriage 54 and is separated to the plus sieve ore and minus sieve ore (concentrate base metal 55) in the 3rd stage 50. The plus sieve ore is disintegrated by the mill 53 and the crude concentrate 56 is obtd. The crude concentrate 56 is magnetically separated to increase further the content of the iron-component. The concentrate is supplied to a vibrating screen 71 on a moving carriage 72 and the concentrates 73, 73a, 73b having respective sizes are obtd. in the 4th stage.</p> |
