<p>PURPOSE:To control both micro disc devices respectively with a disc controller by using one of them for backup of the other. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed bit of a control register 6 is set under the control of a processor 3 to turn on a power source 2A and is reset to turn off the power source 2A. Stored information is transmitted and received between a current micro disc device 1 and a backup micro disc device 1A by time division processing because a main memory is interposed between them. A disc controller 5 controls both micro disc devices 1 and 1A in common.</p> |
