<p>PURPOSE:To enable a calling of a registered memo-data by providing a memo- data-calling function to each of the character-input keys on the keyboard, and by placing a flexible index sheet in which the index information of the memo- data is writable on top of the keyboard. CONSTITUTION:The index sheet is placed on the second keyboard 21 only when in use. To call the registered memo-data, data-out mode is specified by operating the O/I key and then the file name of the index sheet in which the index information of the memo-data to be called out is written is inputted, and the F-key is operated, and thereafter the desired one key on the keyboard is operated. This causes a CPU 62 to retrieve the file stored in an address in a matrix file memory 63 corresponding to the operated key. The CPU 62 accordingly reads out the memo-data stored together with a file name that is the same with the inputted file name, and controls to let a displaying part 2 display this memo-data.</p> |
