PURPOSE:To adjust an elongation percentage and a rolling reduction rate of a metallic plate, and to control softly the ratio of a thickness of each metallic plate by winding at least one sheet of metallic plate among three sheets of metallic plates, to a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION:When leading three sheets of metallic plates Pa, Pb and Pc into a gap of rolls 1, 2, the metallic plate Pa being a core material of the center, in three sheets is led into a gap of the rolls 1, 2 straightly from the left side of the rolls 1, 2. Also, two sheets of upper and lower metallic plates Pb, Pc are wound about a semicircle to the rolls 1, 2, respectively from the right side of the rolls 1, 2, and thereafter led to the gap. Next, immediately before the metallic plates Pa, Pb and Pc and led into the gap of the rolls 1, 2, they are superposed onto each other and rolled. By winding them in such a way and adjusting this winding angle, the tension of the metallic plates Pb, Pc is varied and its elongation percentage and the rolling reduction rate can be controlled. In this regard, the thickness can be controlled more softly by combining an adjustment of this winding angle and a different speed control for making rotating speed of the rolls 1, 2 different. |
