PURPOSE:To act upon and absorb only the disturbance signal flowed from the external by connecting an absorbing circuit or element, which is operated with a voltage higher than the operating reference voltage of an electronic circuit and absorbs the disturbance signal which will be flowed to the electronic circuit, to the electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION:If the disturbance signal is flowed in from the external through a supply power line, the level of the disturbance signal is reduced by a dropper resistance R1, a smoothing capacitor C1, and by-passing capacitor C2. If the reduced level is higher than a operating reference voltage VCC, it is clamped at an operating voltage VD2 by a Zener diode D2. Thereafter, the differential voltage VD2-VCC between the voltage VD2 and the operating reference voltage VCC is clamped by a Zener diode D1 in an electronic circuit 1. As the result, the variance of the operating reference voltage is reduced.
