PURPOSE:To make thorough the aeration during casting and to produce a die- cast product having no cavities with dies for die casting having plural pieces of cores by providing a gas vent device to the divided parts of the dies and disposing a deaeration passage along the parting planes of the cores and the parting plane of the dies. CONSTITUTION:The die casting machine for casting the Al alloy die casting product is constituted of the stationary die 1, the movable die 2 and the plural cores 11 which can be butted to each other between both sides. The deaeration passage 41 connecting the gas venting device 42 and the die cavity is provided along the butt surfaces of the stationary die 1 and the movable die 2. Casting ejector pins 7 facing the passage 41 are provided on the butt surfaces of the plural cores 11 freely slidably in the same direction as the moving direction of the cores 11. A die parting and holding device in common use as a runner holder is provided so as to be projected into the passage 41 while the pins 7 hold the cores 11. The die casting product having no cavities is thus cast.
