<p>PURPOSE:To speed up KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) converting processing and improve an attached word analyzing processing speed by holding the connecting information succeeding in the connection by a connecting test and referring to the connecting information held when plural candidates are present by retrieving an independent word dictionary to perform a connecting processing of the attached word. CONSTITUTION:When an input character string is inputted from an input section by a key operation, an independent word dictionary is retrieved by an independent word retrieving section 3 and the independent word therefor is retrieved. In an attached word connection test section 6, a connected attached word is retrieved from an attached word dictionary 4, a connection table 5 is referred to retrieve a connection and the connecting information succeeded in a connecting test performed is stored in a stack 7. When the attached word is analyzed on remaining candidates to be tested of the independent word dictionary, a stack retrieving section 8 retrieves the stack 7 and connects to the candidate to output to an output section 9. Thereby, a labor for retrieving the attached word dictionary or referring to a connecting table to connect and test is saved and a KANA/KANJI converting processing speed can be made high.</p> |
