PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a uniform hot water temperature in a hot water temperature detector so as to enable excellent detection of the hot water temperature by applying a bulge work at least to an inner drum of inner and outer drums, and providing a hot water detector in opposition to the crest parts of bulge work of the inner drum on the outside peripheral wall. CONSTITUTION:A can body 1 forming a water chamber 4 between an inner drum 2 and an outer drum 3 is subjected to a bulge work 7 in which bottom parts 5 and crest parts 6 are alternately and continuously formed in the peripheral direction of the inner drum 2. A water supply port 11 is provided on the peripheral side wall of an outer drum 3 in opposition to the bottom parts 5 of the bulge work 7 of the inner drum 2. A hot water temperature detector 13 is provided at the peripheral side wall of the outer drum 3 in opposition to the crest parts of the bulge work 7 of the inner drum 2. Water supplied through a water supply port 11 during the combustion of the boiler is heated during the combustion of the boiler while pushing up the bottom parts 5 and crest parts 6. However, by the provision of the hot water detector 13 on the peripheral side wall of the outer drum 3 in opposition to the crest parts 6 of the bulge work 7 of the inner drum 2, the temperature of hot water in the hot water temperature detector 13 assumes a temperature of hot water which is guided peripherally along the crest parts and heated uniformly, and hence it is possible to excellently detect the hot water temperature without partial heating.
