PURPOSE:To remove foams admixed in a finishing oil to be fed to an oil feed guide, by setting a three-way branch part in a specific state between the extrusion hole of the oil feed guide and a downward oil supply pump. CONSTITUTION:The three-way branch part 6 is set in the middle of the oil feed piping 5 at a position with a height between the extrusion hole 2 of an oil feed guide and the oil supply pump 4. The upper branch 6A is connected to the open end 8A at a position higher than the extrusion hole 2 of the oil feed guide, the horizontal or lower branch 6B is connected to the oil feed pump 4, and the horizontal or lower branch 6C is connected to the oil feed guide 1. Foams are wholly made to flow to the upper branch 6A, not to the branch 6C, so that the foams admixed in a finishing oil to be fed to the oil feed guide 1 can be removed.
