PURPOSE:To improve temp. accuracy and to attain to conserve energy to a large extent, by respectively applying integration operation to a plurality of operation valuables obtained from the differences between a plurality of control quantities, for example, the temp. of supplied hot water of an extruder and a tank liquid level etc. and objective values to take out outputs which are, in turn, set to operation quantities. CONSTITUTION:Measured values Y1-Y3 containing a plurality of control quantities Y1, Y2, for example, the temp. of supplied hot water of an extruder 1 and the liquid level of a tank 5 etc. are varied by any one of a plurality operation quantities U1, U2, U3, for example, the heating temp. by a heating means 4 and the opening degree of a cooling water supply valve 3 etc. Hereupon, in controlling the operation quantities so as to regulate the control quantities to the objective values YR1, YR2, integration operation is respectively applied to operation variables U'cd1-U'c3 obtained from differences epsilon1, epsilon2 between the control quantities and the objective values and the obtained outputs are applied to the operation quantities. The operation quantities independently perform functions to each other and multiple-variable control is performed so as to allow the control quantities to approach the objective values and, as a result, the temp. of hot water entering an extruder screw 2 and the liquid level of the tank become always constant and the ON-time of the heating means is almost eliminated. |
