PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has excellent resistance to heat and impact and gives electrical laminated sheets having good low-temperature punchability, consisting of an unsaturated polyester contg. a polyoxyalkylene segment and a crcosslinking monomer. CONSTITUTION:An after-halogenated unsaturated polyester (A) contg. a polyoxyalkylene segment having an average MW of 600-6,000 in its skeleton and an maleinized and/or hydroxylated dicyclopentadiene at its chain terminal, optionally an unsaturated polyester (B) contg. no polyoxyalkylene segment and 10-70wt% crosslinking monomer (C) (e.g. styrene) contg. 1-50mol% of maleic anhydride are blended together the obtain an unsaturated polyester resin compsn. having a polyoxyalkylene segment of 5-30wt%. A plurality of substrates (e.g. cellulosic substrates) are impregnated with said compsn. The impregnated substrates are laminated and cared.
