PURPOSE:To prevent release destruction or deformation by reinforcing a structure, by injecting a resin having staple fibers mixed therein in gaps generated by compounding long fiber bundles in a segregated state to fill the same and subsequently curing said resin to form a fiber reinforced resin structure. CONSTITUTION:A mold material 6, that is, one constituted by mounting a proper number of arms 8 each having a support jig 7 connected to the leading end thereof to the outer periphery of a main shaft 9 is prepared and a continuous long fiber bundle comprising a glass or carbon fiber is impregnated with an epoxy resin by immersion to form a resin impregnated long fiber bundle 3 which is, in turn, subsequently passed through the support jig 7 of the mold material 6 or repeatedly adhered to the mold material 6 while branched by the branch ports 10 provided to both sides of the support jig 7 and, at the same time, a resin 6 having glass stable fibers 1 mixed therein is injected in the gaps 4 at the part where the long fiber bundle 3 is branched on the way of the repeated adhesion to fill said gaps 4 and subsequently cured by heating and the mold material 6 is detached to mold a fiber reinforced resin structure 5. |
