PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an output transistor (TR) and to simplify the constitution of the output buffer device by providing a level shifting circuit of the same structure with a high-dielectric-strength output buffer in front of the output buffer TR. CONSTITUTION:The same high-dielectric-strength TR8 with the high-dielectric- strength TR2 is interposed between the inverter 1 of the output buffer device and the TR2, and a high voltage application terminal 11 is connected to the drain of the TR8 through a pull-down resistance 10 to constitute the level shifting circuit. This resistance 10 is the same resistance as the pull-down resistance 6 of the TR2, and the level shifter output 9 of this level shifting circuit is applied to the gate of the TR2. Then, the size of the TR2 is reduced to simplify the constitution of the output buffer device, realizing small size and high output. |
