PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a good picture image of the titled element, when the titled element is used to an electrophotographic sensitive body, by using an amorphous silicon layer as an electric charge generating layer, and by using a layer dispersed a specific component in an insulating resin as an electric charge transfer layer respectively. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous silicon type charge generating layer contg. silicon atom, hydrogen atom and an atom belonging to the group III of the periodic table of the element, and the charge transfer layer dispersed 10-75wt% N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine in the insulating resin are laminated in order on a substrate suitable for use to the titled element. As a-Si:H layer is used to the electric charge generating layer, the titled element has a high photosensitivity and is adapted to a universal color. And as a N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'bis(3-methylphenyl)-(1,1'-bisphenyl)-4,4'-diamine is used in the charge transfer layer as a low molecular org. semiconductor, the transfer efficiency of a carrier is large, and the titled element is suitable to use to a high speed copying machine. |
