<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a lag of a supplimentary force owing to the inertia of an electric motor, by linking output axes of electromagnetic powder clutches, whose exciting currents are controlled by detected signals from a steering sensor, to a handle shaft. CONSTITUTION:A handle 12 and a steering device 13 are linked by a handle shaft 1, and at the handle shaft 1 is furnished a steering sensor 2 to detect the rotation direction of the handle shaft and the steering load. A distributing device 7 is to move output axes 6,6 reversely each other, and has an input axis 5 and the two output axes 6,6. At the output axes 6,6 of the distributing device 7 are installed electromagnetic powder clutches 8,8, whose exciting currents are controlled by detected signals from the steering sensor 2. The control device 3 is to drive a d-c electric motor 4, and to excite one of the electromagnetic powder clutches 8, 8 selectively, as well as to give an exciting current value depending on the handle steering load.</p> |
