The solenoid valve 3A is changed over to the tube 8B side and the solenoid valve 3B to the tube 8E side to connect a pump 7 for removing foam to the nozzle 4 via the tubes 8C, 8B, 8E if the foam intrudes into the tube 8C and when the intrusion of the foam is detected by the sensor 6 in the above-mentioned operation. The pump 7 is thereafter driven by the signal from the sensor 6, by which the foam in the tube system is removed.
